Accused killer Mark Latunski has been found not competent to stand trial after an evaluation by the Center for Forensic Psychiatry, according to a report from WNEM.

Shiawassee County Public Defender Douglas Corwin announced Monday, the result of Latunski's competency evaluation, according to the WNEM report. Latunski is accused in the murder of Kevin Bacon.
Latunski will now have a hearing in front of a judge Thursday at 8:30 a.m. regarding his competency.
