(WXYZ) — All criminal sexual conduct charges have been dismissed against an Ann Arbor priest who was arraigned in June as part of Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel's ongoing investigation into clergy abuse within the Catholic Church.
Timothy Michael Crowley, who was charged in Washtenaw County, faced four felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and four felony counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct .
All charges were officially dismissed on Oct. 1.
