LIVONIA, Mich. — A fire broke out overnight at the Parkway Heights Apartments on Ann Arbor Trail in Livonia.
Some residents were forced to evacuate, but no injuries have been reported.

Resident Beth Byrd told 7 Action News she woke up and just saw smoke early this morning.

Fire officials say there is no word on how the fire started, but there is extensive damage to several second floor units.
