Plan for sub-zero wind chills just about every morning next week. Highs will be in the upper teens almost every day, but a couple days may climb into the low 20s.
The cold air won't retreat to the north until 9 or 10 days from now. The Climate Prediction Center outlook for the next 8 to 14 days shows a 70% chance of below-average temperatures in Michigan through February 18th.

It's going to be a very cold week, but thankfully not as cold as it was at the end of January 2019; when temperatures dropped to -14° in metro Detroit.
