DETROIT (WXYZ) — A young man started a house fire on the 18700 block of Avon Avenue Wednesday morning.
The camera was facing the side of the Detroit home and shows a man pouring liquid at the ground then lighting it on fire before leaving the scene. The video shows that the man left and started walking south on Avon Ave.
