BIRMINGHAM, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Townsend Hotel was named one of the winners of the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.
The hotel placed number seven on the list of Top 20 Hotels in the United States, Midwest Region.

"Every staff member is passionate and relentless in their attention to details and know the importance of creating personalized experiences and exceeding expectations for each and every guest. I am very thankful and humbled on their focus and dedication."
This is a four spot improvement for the Townsend Hotel compared to the 2018 ratings.
