Willie Horton still inspiring change — and the next generation of Tigers — after turning 80

(WXYZ) — Willie Horton spent 18 years playing for the Tigers, but he stays as connected to the game as ever at 80 years old.

One of the first African American players in Tigers history, Horton talked about some of the challenges he faced on and off the field as a young baseball prospect who turned into a Detroit and Major League legend.
