Confirmed tornado touched down in Michigan Sunday night

BARRY COUNTY, Mich. (WXYZ) — A confirmed EF-0 tornado touched down in Barry County Sunday night.

Top winds were estimated at 75 to 80 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service. WZZM reports that three barns on a farm were damaged as well as a telephone pole and several downed trees.

The NWS will send out storm survey crews over the next coming days to assess damage.
