DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit's annual Movement music festival has been canceled again due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The festival was slated to happen in May 2021, but organizers say it will not be a possibility due to the pandemic and state regulations.
Organizers say the team is working to provide updates about future dates and ticketing options.
In 2020, the festival held a virtual edition via Twitch on Memorial Day weekend. Contributions made during the virtual weekend were donated to those in the music community affected by the pandemic.
