GROSSE POINTE (WXYZ) — The Grosse Pointe Public Library is now open for curbside pick-up amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“We’ve already received hundreds of returns and are thrilled to begin offering curbside/parking lot pick-up,” said Jessica Keyser, library director. “Patrons can place holds on items like they always did. Once they receive notice the items are ready, they can go to their branch, call when they arrive and we’ll bring their items to their car.”

Curbside pick-up is Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at all three Grosse Pointe Library branches, a release states.

Drive-up book drop-offs are also available at the Grosse Pointe Park and Grosse Pointe Shores municipal building parking lots.
