Michigan reports 1,245 new COVID-19 cases, 9 deaths

(WXYZ) — There have been 583,964 total confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 15,405 total deaths in Michigan, the state reported Wednesday.

That's up 1,245 cases and 9 deaths.

As of Feb. 18, there have been 80 new COVID-19 outbreaks in the state. Overall, the state has 551 ongoing outbreaks.

Overall, 529,080 Michigan residents have recovered from the virus, as of Feb. 19.
