(WXYZ) — Michigan reported 2,066 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday and 8 new deaths from the virus.
That brings the total number of cases to 561,307 and the total number of deaths from the virus to 14,609.
The state also lists another 51,403 probable cases of COVID-19 and another 927 deaths that are probably related to the virus.
There are currently 80,300 active cases of COVID-19, according to the state.
Restaurants were allowed to open to in-person dining at 25% capacity on Monday after being closed since mid-November.
