OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Oakland County GOP is planning to host a MAGA Classic Car Cruise as a replacement for the canceled Woodward Dream Cruise.
The 2020 Woodward Dream Cruise was canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a Facebook event created by the Oakland County Republican Party, the event is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 15 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and will cruise Woodward Ave from Square Lake Road to 8 mile and back.
Event organizers say the cruise is a show of support for President Donald Trump and law enforcement.
