The reward for information leading to the arrest in the murder of a Detroit man has increased , according to Crime Stoppers.
Reginald King, aka Bernard, was killed on Monday, Jan. 2 around 3:10 p.m. in the area of Greenfield Rd. and Mansfield in northwest Detroit.
According to his family, King left his brother's house and was expected to return, but the family believes he received a phone call and met up with two unknown men.
After seeing a car like his on the news relating to a murder, police called the family and said he was found murdered inside his car.
Crime Stoppers is offering $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest, and if that tip comes by midnight on Thursday night, the reward will increase to $3,500.
