Over a year after it was announced, a Dairy Queen has finally opened at the location of former strip club Jon Jon's in Warren.
In July 2017, Warren Mayor Jim Fouts said the former strip club would transition into DQ. The site is near 12 Mile and Mound and used to be the home of Jon Jon's Go-Go.
The move came after years of legal battles, which resulted in the building remaining vacant.
The DQ "Grill & Chill" serves food as well as ice cream at the location. They're open until 10 p.m. on weekdays.
