As a thank you to veterans and active duty of the U.S. armed forces, dozens of restaurants are offering free meals on Sunday (and a handful on Monday) for Veterans Day. Check out our list below of different offers. Beverages and gratuity are not included, unless noted.

Applebee’s: Veterans and active duty can receive a free dine-in entrée off of Applebee’s special menu. Items include the Bacon Cheeseburger and Fiesta Lime Chicken.
Bob Evans: With proof of service, veterans and active duty can receive a free dine-in breakfast entrée, including the Country Biscuit Breakfast or a stack of hotcakes.
Bonefish Grill: The restaurant is giving out free Bang Bang Shrimp appetizers to active military and veterans.
Buffalo Wild Wings: Veterans and active duty can receive a free small order of wings and French fries with proof of military service on Sunday.
California Pizza Kitchen: With proof of service, veterans and active duty are able to select from a limited menu, which includes six pizzas, four full-size salads or three pasta dishes.
Carrabba's Italian Grill: Veterans can get a free appetizer on Veterans Day.
CiCi's Pizza: Free buffet on Veterans Day, including pizza, salad, desserts and more.
Cracker Barrel: Veterans can enjoy a free double chocolate Coca-Cola cake or a Crafted Coffee.
Del Taco: The restaurant will offer its 1 through 6 combo meals free to veterans and active military members.
Denny’s: With a valid military ID, customers can receive a free Grand Slam breakfast from Denny’s from 5 a.m. to noon Monday
Dunkin': Vets and active duty can get a free doughnut of their choice at participating locations on Sunday.
Famous Dave's: Vets and active duty can get a free 2 Meat Combo served with one side item and corn bread muffin.
Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: Veterans can get a gift card for a combo meal to be used anytime.
Friendly's: Free breakfast, lunch or dinner from a select menu for veterans and active duty.
Golden Corral: The buffet joint is offering current and active duty military and reservists a free meal at the buffet from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday. The meal includes a free beverage.
Hooters: All day Sunday, veterans and active duty military can choose from one of six entrees, including Hooters’ famous wings.
Houlihan's Restaurant: Veterans and active-duty military can get a free entree on Sunday.
IHOP: Free red, white and blue pancakes with blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream.
Krispy Kreme: Active military and veterans get one free donut and a small coffee on Sunday.
Krystal: Free sausage biscuit from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sunday for active military and veterans.
Little Caesar’s: The pizza joint will offer its typical $5 lunch of four slices and a 20-ounce beverage for free to veterans and active military from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
Max and Erma’s: Max and Erma’s will offer its half-pound cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for veterans and active duty Sunday.
McCormick & Schmick's: The steak and seafood joint is offering free entrees for veterans and gold star honorees (parents and spouse) on Sunday. The restaurant has 10 free entrees available for veterans.
MOD Pizza: Veterans and active military members can get any MOD-size pizza for free.
O'Charley's Bar & Grill: Active military and vets get free $9.99 meals all day long on Sunday.
Olga's Kitchen: Veterans and active military can receive The Original Olga for free.
Olive Garden: Choose from six popular entrees from Olive Garden's menu for free on Sunday.
On the Border: Choose two or three of your favorites to make a free create-your-own combo meal with rice and beans, plus chips and salsa.

Outback Steakhouse: With a valid military ID: Outback Steakhouse is offering a free Bloomin’ Onion and beverage on Sunday.
Pizza Factory: The restaurant is offering a free lunch special or special lunch buffet for veterans and active military.
Red Lobster: On Sunday and Monday, Red Lobster is offering a free appetizer or dessert with proof of service. Veterans and active duty can choose from six appetizers or five desserts.
Red Robin: This burger joint is offering veterans and active duty a free Red’s Tavern Double Burger and fries all day Sunday.
Romano's Macaroni Grill: Veterans and active military can get a free Mom's Ricotta Meatballs and Spaghetti entree.
Ruby Tuesday’s: The chain will offer a free appetizer with proof of service all day Sunday.
Sizzler: The restaurant is offering a free lunch entrée and beverage for veterans and active military through 4 p.m. Sunday.
Starbucks: Veterans, active duty and military spouses are able to get a free 12-ounce coffee all day Sunday.
Texas Roadhouse: Choose from 10 lunch offers, including a complimentary beverage.
TGI Fridays: Get a free lunch menu item up to $12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will also receive a $5 coupon for their next meal.
Village Inn: Veterans can build their own free breakfast on Sunday by choosing four eligible breakfast items.
