DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Dearborn Heights is setting up a shelter to help residents affected by the flooding Wednesday morning.
The shelter will be housed by the Salvation Army at the Dearborn Heights Justice Center at Michigan Ave and Beech Daly.
According to City Councilwoman Lisa Hicks-Clayton, residents in need of assistance should call the Dearborn Heights Police non-emergency line at (313) 277-6770 ext. 3.
Neighbors can also call the Mayor's office to be added to a list for flood claim forms.
