Eight Detroit Lions players took a knee during the national anthem before Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Two Falcons players also kneeled.

Martha Ford was seen at the game as well, linking arms with players and coaches.

The singer who performed the national anthem also kneeled with the players.

Later, President Trump tweeted that standing and linking arms is good, but kneeling is "not acceptable."
