DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are on the search for a suspect who allegedly shot a 16-year-old girl during a physical altercation over loud music.
The shooting happened in the 9500 block of Vaughn in the early morning hours of Nov. 3.

Police say the suspect, a 37-year-old man whose name has not yet been released by police, fled the scene in a 2011 Infinity with a driver. They headed south on Vaughn and then east on Chicago towards Evergreen on Detroit's west side.
The suspect is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown eyes and short black hair.
