Detroit Police have made an arrest in the murder of firefighter Jack Wiley II.
Sources say the 18-year-old suspect lived in close proximity to Wiley's home on Penrod.
Wiley was off-duty Tuesday morning when he was found shot to death in his home on the city's west side.
Fellow firefighters began to worry when Jack Wiley II, 29, didn't show up for work that morning.

They contacted his relatives, and Wiley's sister and mother entered his home on Penrod near Fenkell and made the horrific discovery.
Police have not released any further information.
