(WXYZ) — As we continue to manage our daily lives through a global pandemic, the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network has launched a mental wellness assessment tool to help people in the community get resources and assistance if needed.
Check out the screening tool here.
The"Mental Health Check Up" allows you to pick from a series of tailored screenings. At the end of the question set, you are given resources and next steps.
The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network says the check-up screening is free and anonymous.
“The new year has already proven to be stressful for many of us,” said DWIHN President and CEO Willie E. Brooks, Jr in a press release. “Being able to take an anonymous, self-assessment and learn more about what is troubling you and where to get help is what DWIHN is all about. We are providing this tool to help you with your mental health and show you how to take advantage of the resources that are available right here in the community.”
