(WXYZ) — Broadway in Detroit announced Wednesday that it will host a digital ticket lottery which will give fans the chance to buy a limited number of $25 tickets for each performance.
Entries for the digital lottery will be available 48 hours before the first performance in Detroit – March 25 – and will be accepted until 9 a.m. the day before the performance.
Those who are selected will be notified daily through email and can purchase two tickets at $25 each. It will continue on a rolling basis for every performance in the engagement.
Entrants must be 18 years or older. A valid, non-expired photo ID that matches the name used to enter is required for pickup, and you can find more information at www.luckyseat.com/dearevanhansen.
The musical won six Tony Awards in 2017 – including best musical.
It's performing at the Fisher Theatre from March 25 - April 5. Performances run at 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30 p.m. Sunday, 2 p.m. matinees on Saturday and 1 p.m. matinees on Sunday.
