ECORSE, Mich. (WXYZ) — A reward is being offered leading to the arrest of the suspect responsible for a dog found with burn marks all over her body.
According to a Facebook post from the Animal Resource Funding Foundation, the burn marks on Destiny were caused by either cigarette butts, firecrackers or chemical burns.
The foundation says she was found in Ecorse. All of her teeth are reportedly broken, most likely from trying to break away from her chain, the foundation said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Ecorse Police Department at 313-381-0900.
Destiny is currently in the care of the Woodhaven Animal Hospital.
