DETROIT (WXYZ) — Sunday, Detroit police confirm they have found the family of a child found early Sunday on Detroit's westside.
Police say Sunday morning at approximately 3:00 a.m., two people saw a child wandering alone in the area of West 7 Mile Road and Livernois Avenue.
"James, the boy that was discovered in the area of W. 7 Mile Rd. and Livernois has been reunited with his family," DPD confirmed in an email Sunday.
The incident is under investigation.
