Ed Sheeran opening pop-up shop in Detroit on Friday with 'No. 6 Collaborations Project'

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Global superstar Ed Sheeran is releasing a new album, "No. 6 Collaborations Project," on Friday, and with the release, he will have pop-up shops open across the world for the album.

One of those shops will open for six hours right here in the Motor City. It will open in Eastern Market from 3:06 p.m. to 9:06 p.m. at 1400 Fisher Freeway. It's one of only 10 pop-up shops in America.

According to Billboard, each shop will offer merchandise and experiential features related to the album, with brands including Rhude, Chinatown Market and KidSuper with limited edition merchandise.
