DEARBORN, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Edward Hotel & Convention Center at Fairlane Town Center, formerly the Dearborn Hyatt, will be closing abruptly at 12 p.m. on Friday.
7 Action News received multiple tip calls saying that the hotel would be closing, and a switchboard operator confirmed it would be closing with most employees at the hotel being laid off.
The hotel is known for its rooftop ballroom that has 360-degree views and it's located close to Ford World Headquarters.
