DETROIT (WXYZ) — Family members have confirmed the identity of a man fatally shot in a Detroit bar parking lot early Friday morning.
D'Angelo Haggen was shot and killed in the parking lot of a Club Celebrity in Detroit, family told 7 Action News reporter Ali Hoxie.

They say he was only in his mid 20s.
According to relatives at the scene, the shooting all started during a fight inside the bar.
Antoinette Simpson, Haggen's cousin, told 7 Action News the fight was about a girl that D’Angelo or one of his friends spoke to inside the bar.

The fight escalated once the group tried to leave the bar, and that is when D’Aneglo was shot. His cousin tells me this is a devastating blow for the whole family.
Police have not released any further information.
The investigation is ongoing.
