Police are investigating after a pedestrian was killed in an accident in Chesterfield Township on Thursday.
The accident happened in the southbound lanes of Gratiot between 21 Mile and 22 Mile.
We're told 45-year-old Junious Jones was hit three different times as he was walking in the center lane. Police say Jones was walking to work. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 16-year-old driver was the first one to hit Jones. All three drivers stopped and cooperated with police.
No designated crosswalks appear to be in the area.
