A Ferndale man has been charged with one count of aggravated indecent exposure, a two-year felony, for allegedly exposing himself to a woman.

Nicholas Stocker, 23, is accused of exposing himself in front of a woman at the corner of East Nine Mile Road and Paxton.

On June 17, police say the woman went to a store to see if it was open. When she arrived, she noticed a man sitting on a rock near the store entrance.

The suspect began a conversation with her, saying his name was Nick and he was a Ferndale resident.

Just before the woman left the store, 'Nick' asked her "What do you think?" Police say the woman then noticed the suspect's genitals were exposed, and he began masturbating.

Stocker was given a $50,000 bond with no ten percent. His next court date is on July 2.
