5 arrested after 91 vehicles damaged in 4 cities

Ferndale police say they have arrested five suspects after a number of vehicles were reported damaged across four cities on Sunday.

Police say they received reports of 91 damaged vehicles. 

They say the suspects shot out car windows with BB guns. Ferndale officers stopped a vehicle after the initial reports and arrested the five men who were armed with pellet guns and spray paint.

A number of complaints of vehicle damage came from Ferndale, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, and Royal Oak.

Three 18-year-olds and two 17-year-olds were arrested and charged : 

Lamar Bailey, 18 yrs, Warren resident; Aubrey Gulley, 18yrs, Eastpointe resident; Jalin Davis, 18yrs, Detroit resident; Demontae Allen, 17yrs, Warren resident; Donovan Sanders, 17yrs, Warren resident.
