DETROIT (WXYZ) — A once-abandoned historic church in Detroit is coming back to life as a cafe and bar called 'The Congregation.'
It's located on Rosa Parks Boulevard in the Boston-Edison area on the city's west side.
The 1920's era church will serve coffee and pastries in the morning. Then in the evening, the menu turns to cocktails and small bites.
'The Congregation' is set to open on March 5.
