While we're in the spirit of giving thanks this week, Uber is rolling out a new way to praise drivers.
Because just leaving a five star review seemed a tad underwhelming, the ride share company is rolling out"Compliments."
The new feature will let riders give their drivers a virtual pat on the back.
In the app, after they've reached their destination, users can select a rating and then choose to send a compliment.
There's already a list of options ready to go, and each accolade comes with a cool badge, according to Uber's official blog.
There's neat and tidy, above and beyond, and entertaining driver, just to name a few.
If users are really impressed, they can also send a nice thank you note.
Uber notes drivers will get a notification on their home screen if someone pays them a compliment, large or small.
Of course, if you have a couple of extra dollars, a tip could work too. Uber says on its website that tipping is not expected, since it's mostly a cashless system, but that drivers are welcome to accept them.
