From dogs to cats to horses, Katlynn loves critters.  The 13-year-old who’s in foster care in Michigan hopes to be adopted by a family that loves animals.

“I’m so obsessed with animals. That’s why I think I should be a veterinarian,” said Katlynn.

The animal lover describes herself as a smart girl who is quiet most of the time – until she gets comfortable with people.

“Katlynn can make anyone smile,” explained her worker. “Katlynn loves having other kids to play with, especially when she can go to the park and play.”

She really enjoys being outside.  Bass fishing is one of her favorite things to do when the weather is nice.

“I like to swim. I like to do cheerleading and gymnastics. I like to play basketball, soccer, and football,” Katlynn added.

Her favorite subject in school is math.

Her main goal right now is being adopted before she turns 18.

“I want a Mom and Dad and possibly some siblings,” she said.

She’d enjoy spending time with them at sporting events or on vacation. If they like animals, that’s a plus!
