DETROIT (WXYZ) — Whether he’s calculating fractions or shooting hoops, Kyler is a pleasure to be around his worker explained.
He just turned 16, and his favorite activity is playing and watching basketball.
He also enjoys bowling, swimming and biking.
“I like to ride bikes. About 2 weeks ago, we rode, we did a 20-mile bike ride,” he said proudly.
He describes himself as artistic, caring, respectful and kind.
Like many teens, he likes video games and sleeping a lot.
But he’s also into music.
“I like country, sometimes jazz, gospel. What I like about jazz is the instruments, their voices, how they sing it,” he explained.
He’s also a hard worker in school.
“Math is my favorite subject and science. Why I like math is because of all the fractions, multiplications, stuff like that. It’s easy for me. I want to be an architect and landscaping,” said Kyler.
When it comes to what he dreams about most…he turns to the hope of being adopted.
“I want to be with a family that’s caring, nice, trustful, kind. I would like to have animals. Maybe a sister and a brother. I would like to live in the city – going out, maybe just spending time having dinner together, watching movies together,” he said.
“What adoption means to me is kids trying to find a home for them to live in for the rest of their lives and having somebody there for them,” he added.
