DETROIT (WXYZ) — Lazeric is a 15-year-old currently in foster care who is looking for a sports-loving family to adopt him.

“I’m athletic,” he said. “I’m really good at basketball. I’m really fast.”

“My favorite team is the Golden State Warriors,” he added.

He enjoys many other sports, too, including soccer.

“I’m a strong kicker in soccer,” he said.

“Lazeric has little to no issues with interacting with other people,” said his worker, who described him as “a very sweet, polite, well-mannered child.”

He does well in school and thrives on one-on-one attention.

Math is his favorite subject, followed by reading and then writing.

Lazeric also likes playing video games and hopes to create his own videos one day.

“When I get older, I want to be a filmmaker – everything: comedy, adventure, mystery,” he explained.

Some of his favorite things include Taco Bell, going to church, visiting Michigan’s Adventure, and having fun with his friends.

He hopes he can be adopted by a parent or parents soon.

“I’m looking for a family – a Mom, siblings, a dog,“ he said.

“The things I want to do with a family? Go to Tigers games, football games, go out to eat, play basketball. I’d let you play on the team,” he added with a smile.
