DETROIT (WXYZ) — The Weird Homes Tour is returning to the Motor City for a second straight year, giving people the opportunity to check out some unique homes across the area.
This year's tour will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Aug. 24.
The tour is easy and simple for people, and those who buy tickets will get a map and addresses one week before the tour. On the day of the tour, all you have to do is go to any of the homes, check in at the front table and get your wristband. After that, it's a self-guided and self-paced tour where you choose which homes you want to see in which order.
Tickets for the event are $30 and gives you access to 8-10 of the homes on the tour. VIP tickets are $45 and give you the same access but also give you access to a bonus, VIP-only home, and kids 13 and under are free.
They are also looking for people to submit their homes to be part of the tour. To do that, visit their website for more information.
