When Democratic-Presidential candidate and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits Flint on Sunday, she will attend a community meeting and discuss a senate amendment.

According to Clark Pettig, who is the Michigan press secretary for Hillary for America, Clinton will attend a community meeting with Flint Mayor Karen Weaver and local residents.

In that meeting, she will "hear firsthand about the water crisis that is harming families and what our leaders need to do to fix it."

Pettig also said she will use her visit to "urge the Republican-controlled Senate to approve the Senate Democrats' $600 million amendment to help Flint."

Earlier this week, it was announced there will be a Democratic Presidential Debate held in Flint on March 6, just two days before the Michigan primary election.

The meeting will happen at 1:30 p.m. and WXYZ plans to stream her event live.
