JPMorgan Chase and Mayor Mike Duggan will celebrate the opening of Rainer Court Apartments today in Midtown.
A ceremony will be held around 10 a.m. at the complex located at 711 West Alexandrine Street.
The building includes 36 apartments and more than 1,800 square feet of retail space. The apartments are aimed at housing university students and working professionals.
The renovations came with a price tag of $6 million. It's part of many community redevelopment projects that make up JPMorgan Chase's $100 million dollar commitment to Detroit's recovery.
