Kings of Leon postpones Detroit show to March 9 after drummer gets pneumonia

Rock band Kings of Leon has postponed their Detroit show scheduled for Sunday night to March 9 because one of the band members is sick.

According to Olympia Entertainment, the group was scheduled to play at The Fox Theatre but drummer Nathan Followill was diagnosed with pneumonia. Doctors advised that he take three days of rest.

Tickets will be honored for the new date on Thursday, March 9. You can also get a refund at the point of purchase beginning Tuesday, Jan. 24.

The band apologizes to fans and is looking forward to the new date in March, according to Olympia.
