A "first of its kind" class action lawsuit is expected to be filed against Governor Snyder and the state of Michigan over the Flint water crisis this morning.
About 400 plaintiffs have joined this class action lawsuit.
According to the attorneys, the lawsuit claims Snyder and the state of Michigan conceived and schemed to solve Flint's fiscal problems by selling residents poisoned water and formulated a scheme in order to balance the books.
The lawsuit is being filed today in U.S. District Court.
Two law firms, one from Southfield and one from New York are representing the plaintiffs.
