Those looking to get early-bird tickets for the Rocket Mortgage Classic PGA Tour event in Detroit before Christmas will have the opportunity this week.
Quicken Loans, the primary sponsor for the event, announced they will be having a flash sale featuring two unique ticket packages for fans going on sale Thursday, Dec. 13 - Dec. 23. The event at Detroit Golf Club will run from June 27-30, 2019.
Fans wanting to get tickets can purchase two, one-day general admission grounds passes for any day of the competition (Thursday - Sunday) for $130, equaling out to $65 a ticket.
For those looking to upgrade, there will be a hospitality package available for purchase. It includes two passes for the entire tournament, access to a shared hospitality venue overlooking the 15th green and one VIP parking pass for $1,750.
“With this being the first ever PGA TOUR event held in the city of Detroit, the demand for tickets has been overwhelming. We are putting an end to the wait and anticipation – at least for a few days – to give fans the chance to be among the first to get their tickets. The holidays are right around the corner, and there is no better gift or stocking stuffer for the golf enthusiast on everyone’s list,” said Jason Langwell, Executive Director of the Rocket Mortgage Classic.
Fans who want to buy the tickets are encouraged to act fast as it's a limited offer that will expire on Dec. 23, and tickets won't be available after until they go on sale in early 2019.
