(WXYZ) — The Mackinac Bridge is closed for the second straight day due to falling ice, the bridge authority announced Tuesday morning.
The bridge, which connects Michigan's Upper and Lower Peninsulas, closed on Thursday afternoon.
Currently, there is no timetable for reopening.
They are asking people to avoid the bridge area so maintenance vehicles can operate.
