A man accused of taking photos of women in dressing rooms at the Target store in Sterling Heights was arraigned on felony charges.
The store is located at 2310 Metropolitan Pkwy.
Brandon Devon Woods, 27, was charged with two counts of capturing an image of an unclothed person.
Each charge is punishable of up to five years in prison. He was given a $10,000 bond
