A woman died and her niece is in critical condition after they were shot by her boyfriend in Detroit early Sunday morning.
Tyiela Autrey, 28, was shot in the right eye and taken to the hospital where she died.
Her niece, Kiara, 22, was shot in the head. She called 911 and said her aunt's boyfriend shot both of them.
Kiara's condition is critical and the suspect, 28-year-old Lenell James Kirby, is on the run. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.
