One man has died after he was shot trying to break into a medical marijuana dispensary, police say.
Four men tried breaking into Motor City Kush near 8 Mile and John R on Detroit's east side around 11:30 p.m. Monday.
Police say a worker at the business heard the alarm going off. He went to check it out and found a man in the garage.
According to police, the worker opened fire and fatally shot the man.
The other three men involved in the attempted break-in took off and are still at large.
