In an exclusive interview, a man rescued from a dramatic crash involving a gravel hauler is telling his story.
He says "It's just a miracle they responded so fast, and a medical officer kept telling me we'll get you out and to stay calm."
The driver asks not to be identified, as he recounts the scene last Friday on Van Born near Madison, in Dearborn Heights.
At the scene, he was trapped in his vehicle. He says after the accident in his Jaguar, a specialized crane brought in by J&M Towing, was used to pull off a miraculous rescue.
The driver escaped unharmed and says he's extremely grateful to the heroes who pulled it off.
"They got me out and otherwise I wouldn't be here talking to you" he says.
