DETROIT (WXYZ) — Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting in Detroit overnight.
On August 16 around 3:50 a.m. in the 4200 block of Neff, the 30-year-old male victim saw two suspects possibly attempting to break in a home, police say.
As the victim walked up to the location and inquired about what the suspects were doing, one of the suspects fired shots, striking the victim in the body.
Medics took the victim to a local hospital, where he was treated and released, according to police.
Police have not released a description of the suspects at this time.
