LANSING, Mich. (WXYZ) — The Michigan Marijuana Regulator Agency issued an advisory over vape cartridges that were recalled due to a failed test.
According to the state, all vape cartridges failed a test under new emergency rules issued in November for high levels of vitamin E acetate.
All of the cartridges will have a label that indicates the license number of the marijuana facility and the METRC number assigned to the product.
Affected products were sold from Plan B Wellness on 8 Mile in Detroit from Oct. 3, 2019 through Nov. 22, 2019, and on Jan. 16, 2020.

Patients or caregivers who have the products should return them to Plan B Wellness for disposal.
Anyone who has experience symptoms after using the product should report symptoms and product use to their physician, the state said.
