WALLED LAKE, Mich. (WXYZ) — This may be genius marketing.
The owner of The Greenhouse of Walled Lake Cannabis Dispensary is jumping on the Popeye's chicken sandwich craze and giving away free sandwiches to the first 200 people in line at the business on Friday.
Jerry Millen says the sandwiches are given out on a first come, first served basis.
And the chicken sandwich isn't all that Millen is planning to give away. In addition to that, he said five of the 200 sandwiches will have a $100 gold greenhouse gift certificate hidden inside. It's like Willy Wonka with marijuana.
The giveaway is from 5 to 7 p.m. and the dispensary is located at 103 E. Walled Lake Dr. in Walled Lake.
