This evening is looking pretty good with party cloudy skies, comfy humidity and temps in the 70s. Conditions should remain dry until around midnight when our next chance of showers and storms arrive.
Once the rain gets started tonight, it will stay with us thru Monday morning. Heavy downpours and even a couple of storms will be possible as a warm front moves into Metro Detroit. This front will cause the "Muggy Meter" to climb leading to multiple chances of showers and storms throughout the day. Although the threat is low, severe weather will be possible with a risk of damaging winds and flash flooding. Be sure to stay weather aware during the day.
Ford Fireworks Forecast:
The atmosphere will be producing some fireworks of its own Monday evening. Right now, it appears the heaviest storms will pass thru between 6pm - 9pm. It's going to be a close call forecast with lightning in the area of Metro Detroit. Be sure to stay up to date on the latest forecast.
